Kingston^® Digital 2009 Competition Rules

Kingston Digital Europe Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 6361920 whose principal place of business is located at Kingston Court, Brooklands Close, Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex TW16 7EP, UK (“Kingston”) is holding a competition to win a digital camera, a 4GB Kingston SDHC memory card and Cyberlink software.
This competition is not open to employees of the Kingston group, their families or other persons assisting with this promotion. Kingston reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner.
Entrants must be UK residents to enter the competition.
How to enter: To enter you need to answer the question above via the form on http://www.rememberkingston.com. Only correct entries will be submitted into the prize draw. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Kingston will make available 2 prizes consisting of a digital camera, a 4GB Kingston SDHC memory card and Cyberlink software. Kingston may in its sole and absolute discretion substitute cash value for any prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Two winners will be drawn by a Kingston member of staff not associated with the competition. Kingston’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries will be accepted from 12th October 2009 until 25th November 2009. The winners will be drawn on 30th November 2009. The prize winners will be notified by email and/or post after the drawing date.
The name of the prize winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Kingston Digital Europe Limited, Photo/ Video Competition, Kingston Court, Brooklands Close, Sunbury on Thames, Middlesex TW16 7EP, United Kingdom within 30 days of the date of the draw.
Entrants to the draw accept that, if they win, Kingston will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winners of the draws and for related promotional purposes.
Personal data collected on this form will be used only as described and agreed. Kingston does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers. We may share your personal data with legal entities within the Kingston Group global, and with companies that perform work for Kingston in order to provide you with the agreed products and/or services.
