A chat with the winner of Remember Kingston’s Holiday Competition

When Remember Kingston launched we held a competition to win £2500 of holiday vouchers. We catch up with the winner to find out what the vouchers will be spent on.

But who exactly had the pleasure of winning? Mr. Mike Warren of Nailsea was pulled from the digital hat of correct answers, so congratulations to him.

We asked Mike how he felt when he found out his family had won a holiday, “Disbelief and then excitement!” he told us – we hope it’s properly sunk in by now.

The Warren family will be spending their £2500 holiday vouchers on a two-week summer holiday, with Turkey and the Canary Islands currently topping their short-list of desired destinations. Sounds good to us!

We couldn’t stop ourselves asking how Mike and his family will be capturing the memories of their winners’ holiday. They’ll be armed with a 5 megapixel digital camera, camera-equipped mobile phones and for the children a Vtech digital camera.

We’re delighted that Mike and his family are so excited about their next holiday and wish them a splendid, sun-filled time.
